IUPAT Industry Pension Fund
The International Union of Painters & Allied Trades Industry Pension Plan (Canada) was established to provide retirement benefits for employees covered under Collective Bargaining Agreements between Employers and the Union.
The financing of the Plan is based on Employer contributions made on behalf of Employees working under the terms of a Collective Agreement. Employees are not required to make any contributions. The contributions to the Plan are held in a trust fund for the sole purpose of providing retirement benefits to eligible participants.
